of external noise, carbon CSF tube that realizes charge removal
and double shielding effect, We are improving the completeness

The performance of the cable is greatly influenced not only by
the conductor and the cable structure but also by the quality of
the plug. In ACOUSTIC REVIVE, we have independently developed
and adopted RCA plugs and XLR plugs of vibration-damping
structure with combination of screw fastening structure with no
conduction deterioration due to solder and different kind of
metal, but this time we newly added the metal of the conduction
part It changed to tellurium copper which boasts the highest
peak conduction rate as a plug material, and succeeded in
further prolonging the conduction characteristic of the plug
part.

with noise elimination function
No matter how much expensive equipment the audio system can not
avoid the transmission of noise in transmission. In ACOUSTIC
REVIVE, Hitachi Metals developed fine magnetic beads for soft
magnetic noise elimination material installed inside the cable,
enabling noise to be eliminated on the transmission of audio
systems. In other words, ACOUSTIC REVIVE's line cable and
digital cable can be called the cable with noise elimination
function in the world, not to mention transmission
characteristics as a cable.

The analog lead wire becomes a place to transmit electric power
from a very weak cartridge. Transmission deterioration in the
lead wire is very serious due to a weak signal, so far it has
been impossible to transmit the information of the analog record
without degradation on the lead wire. Absolute LEAD WIRE adopts
a phenomenal hybrid conductor PC-Triple C / EX conductor which
realized a conductivity of 105% in a conductor by using a very
thick Teflon insulated single wire excellent in relative
permittivity and dielectric tangent, thereby losing analog
record information It became possible to transmit all without
degradation. By using absolute LEAD WAIRE you can experience the
essence of analog records for the first time.
Produce a craft of the lead wire, and then attach it to the
cartridge and the head shell
absolute LEAD WAIRE is manufactured by Mr. Shingo Tadasawa of
KS-REMASTA which is a lead wire artist. Furthermore,
installation of the lead wire cartridge and head shell is
carried out by Mr. Shingo Tamazawa. Because absolute LEAD WAIRE
is extremely hard, it is extremely difficult to attach to the
cartridge and the head shell, and it is to lead Mr. Masazawa's
own lead wire to realize excellent transmission characteristics.
Be sure to attach the cover and the head shell on the cartridge
and the head shell and place it in a cartridge case etc, etc.

A world first ! By using traditional Japanese forging processes, a new
‘ultimate’ conductor has been produced.
PC-triple C (Pure Copper -Continuous Crystal Construction)
Forging process:
Copper is compressed to 70% by forging tens of thousands of times by
gradual application of pressure with a fixed angle and direction. (The
constant angle continuation transfer forging method). By using this
forging process, the transverse crystal grain boundary changes and
becomes more longitudinal, crystals now have consecutive connections
which makes current flow extremely smooth.
In addition, by forging, the conductor density is dramatically improved
by destroying the internal air grains. This, in turn, improves the
conductivity and the acoustic signature of the copper.

Annealing process is carried out under a temperature and timecontrol
depending on a thickness of the wire.In result, crystals fuse each

It has been used in major record companies, recording and mastering of
excellent recording labels.
Overwhelming high quality sound has been well known, but the previous
model was difficult to use, because of its stiffness. This new model has

Why does it have to be single core?
Till now, most of cables where made from thin wire which are twisted.
Straying electric current in twisted line structure, which produces
incidental sound outbreak of distortion. High frequency electric
transmits well through large surfaced conductor.
Then way has twist line been adopted till now? That is because of the
flexibility and easy use.
Flexible cable is easy to produce from the point of manufactures view.
Also it is easy for the user to handle it.

Do you know that most of conventional cables are made from only cable
and plug attached together? What this means that the cable its self is
manufactured without actually been listened. The cable has to be
manufactured in length of few thousand meters. The listening test is
actually done after the cable is made. So the actual sound quality

Development of Silk buffer material tube, which secured an air layer,
precision of a cable and prevention effect of electricity charge give the
cable an organic tone.
Our company provides silk for high quality knits for clothing. But for
the first time, we provided
silk for non apparel industry. This silk tube is very difficult to keep
precision uniformly. We used newly developed a special jig to weave the
silk slowly by controlling tension. Even this tube is very thin, time and
cost more then a large sweater. For silk, there is normal, super and
extra grade.
For this silk tube, we used grade extra. Normally high quality brand
knits uses normal grade.

Development of Teflon coating copper SF tube, which give 100% shielding
rate, flexibility and radiation prevention effect.
We are general electric insulation part maker and SF tube is our
registered trademark. SF tube is going for 20 years and has been used as
parts for audio cables. We had a request from ACOUSTIC REVIVE to develop
the CSF tube (Carbon SF tube). CSF tube contains carbon paper particle
inside the tube thread. But just by impregnating carbon paper particle
into the thread will make the thread very fragile. We succeeded to
create the thread by using very small carbon paper particle.
Next is the flexible Teflon coating copper pipe. This is a OFC (Anoxia
copper) version of our stainless steel flexible pipe. Stainless steel
flexible pipe is originally used as noise shield material for medical
equipments. Because OFC is very easy to be oxidized, it must be Teflon
coated just after production.
But Teflon can`t be prayed on, so it had to be soaked in Teflon, which
is very bad in efficiency. The cost of creating both CSF tube and
flexible Teflon coating copper pipe is very high, but we confident for
high quality finish.

Development of high quality power supply plug and connector.
To keep best precision and quality for material, plating and processing
technique, we persist for all Made in Japan. For POWER REFERENCE's power
supply plug and connector, each contact parts have been mirror face
polish has been process to largely improve the contact surface area.
POWER REFERENCE's plug and connector is a custom made version of our
companies C-037 and P-037. To increase conductivity and durability, only
the metal parts have been Super cryogenic treated (-196°C).
For reason why we only treated the metal parts is that, if finished
product which is built with plastic, there is a danger of plastic
breaking after been Super cryogenic treated.

For 45 years since the establishment in 1962, high precise and high
quality connectors and plugs for audio. We had a request from ACOUSTIC
REVIVE to develop the RCA plug, Y rag and Banana plug.
All of these plugs conduct part have been mirror face processed to
increase the area of contact area and Super cryogenic treated (-196ÅãC)
to rise the conductivity to the limit. Also, all plugs are made from 2017
Duralumin and brass are fixed to the main body to increase resonance
control effect.
Furthermore each plug have been processed with thick silver and rhodium
plating. I think that we have made the worlds super high quality audio
grade plug.
